Which Laptop Manufacturer Is Most Reliable?

I'm probably going to be doing some shopping around for a new notebook to replace this crappy desktop, and I thought what better way to gather opinions than ask some of my blog followers!?  I'm into gaming, but its sole purpose will be for school and shit. There you have it, which company/model would you guys recommend? Happy Bloggin'

  1. Honestly, if you can afford it, go with a MacBook Pro and install Windows.
Looks better and better battery life...
Though it will cost you your soul.

  2. I've always had HP laptops and they always worked for me.

  3. HP make relatively good notebooks. But i think IBM make some of the most robust Laptops.
I think Apple is a waste of money. Sure it will look good but after a short while the battery life will have decayed to that of any other laptop...

  4. Toshiba has always worked well for the cost imo

  5. I have an Asus now, but my last laptop was a Fujitsu, and I think I preferred it. Lasted me more than 4 years, and it still works well.

  6. Can't really help here, I'm currently in the same boat, I think I'm leaning more toward a netbook though, lighter on the wallet and I don't need it for games.

  7. Just so you know, Mac is the opperating system Apple runs on their computers. But if you can, go with a Macbook Pro. Otherwise, don't know, sorry.
